Assistant District Attorneys prosecute criminal charges in Onondaga County Court, Syracuse City Court, and numerous town and village courts across the County.

Assistant District Attorneys handle a high volume of cases and are responsible for carefully analyzing the facts surrounding the charges, applying relevant legal principles, complying with discovery obligations, motion practices, conferring with victims and civilian and law enforcement witnesses and litigating hearings and trials.
