Carrols Restaurant Group, Inc. is a dynamic publicly-traded company located in Syracuse, NY seeking a talented and energetic Syracuse Law School student for a Spring Externship.

The extern will work directly with the Company’s General Counsel on a wide variety of interesting matters, including ESG and corporate governance, corporate secretarial matters, litigation management, acquisitions, financing transactions and contract reviews.  The extern should have a solid work ethic and strong research and writing skills.

Preference to students in the top 15% of their class.
