Public Health Reminders

Avoid crowded elevators. There’s always the next one.

Clean hands are awesome! Wash ’em often with soap/water or use hand sanitizer.

It may seem friendly, but its not healthy. Don’t share your food, beverages, or utensils.

Don’t shake hands. A friendly wave is just as nice.

Wear a mask. Stay 6 feet apart. If a space is crowded, come back at another time.

Eat well. Sleep well. Maintaining your health is good for you – and for others!

Your eyes, nose, and face are perfect. Don’t touch!

Be respectful of others’ personal space as you would want them to be respectful of yours.

Got to cough or sneeze? Cover your nose and mouth with a tissue, then throw it in the trash.

If you are feverish, coughing, or having trouble breathing: go home and contact your health care provider.

Spray. Wipe. Clean. Disinfecting surfaces is good for your health – and for others.

Stay safe. Stay healthy. Do your part.
